These terms and conditions shall govern the sale and purchase of products through our website.

You will be asked to express your agreement to these terms and conditions upon checkout on our website.


  1. Interpretation


1.1 In these terms and conditions:


(a) "we", "our" and "us" refers to Knitwire limited.

(b) "you" refers to our customer and/or user of the website.


2. Products


2.1 Wire mesh products are supplied in stainless steel grade 304. In the event that we do not have this grade in stock, Knitwire Limited reserves the right to provide an alternative grade. This alternative grade will never be below the aforementioned grade and will not affect the integrity of the product.


2.2 Wire gauges are stated for each product. In the event that we do not have this gauge in stock, Knitwire Limited reserves the right to provide an alternative wire gauge. This alternative wire gauge will never be smaller than the aforementioned grade and will not affect the integrity of the product.


2.3 Lead times may vary dependant upon stock levels and machine availability. We do our best to keep customers up to date should the lead time of their order change.


3. Returns and Refunds


3.1 You have the right to change your mind on a purchase up to 30 days after purchase. If you do change your mind on your purchase then you must contact us within this time period and arrange a return of your product for the attention of Stephanie Bromilow to the address:

3.2 You have the right to a full refund or replacement should our product arrive defective. If you believe that your product may be defective then you should contact us within 30 days of delivery.


3.3 Refunds can only be issued once the goods have been returned to the aforementioned address. We will contact you to let you know that we have received the return and issued the refund. The refund may take up to 5 working days to reach your bank account and will be issued to the same bank account that was used to pay for the goods.


4. Warrants and Liabilities


4.1 Knitwire Limited do not claim responsibility for any damages during or after transportation and delivery. If any product defects are discovered after delivery, you should contact us within 30 days to report the issue.


4.2 Knitwire Limited do not claim responsibility for any defects that may occur as a result of installation or joining. Knitwire Limited exercise the right to refuse a replacement or refund on damages caused by the customer, however will try to help when and where possible. These may include, but are not limited to:


(a) Holes forming around the area of installation.

(b) Mesh joins coming undone.

(c) Stretched stitches around the area of installation.


4.3 Knitwire Limited do not claim responsibility for damages caused by the animal being contained within our mesh. Knitwire Limited exercise the right to refuse a replacement or refund on damages caused by your animal, however we will offer replacement mesh when and where possible.


4.4 Knitwire Limited cannot assure our mesh to be 100% suitable for any animals, however can offer anecdotal experience provided by customers who have used our mesh with a particularly relevant species.
